History

Anthony Morris Construction Pty Ltd (AMC) was formed in 2006 and is the culmination of Anthony Morris Cook’s 30 years in the commercial construction industry where outcomes continually confirmed that:-

  • A client is best served and most satisfied with the final results of a project when one identity represent the client’s quality and value for money interests, and where
  • Taking full and overall responsibility for the design, construction, management, and coordination of a project produce the best results all around.

Therefore, for obvious reasons and with passion, Anthony focused on building a dedicated team of skilled people within AMC that share the same values and commitment to professional customer service value.

Our experiences have proven that the pleasure that comes with signing off on a project where the customer, all subcontractors, and the builder are satisfied with a ‘Job Well Done’, always depends on a few Key Success Factors being addressed properly and effectively.

To increase the cost effectiveness of a project, our involvement should ideally commence as soon as possible to the beginning of your project planning.

Consideration should be given from the outset, to the projects ultimate end-use and operating-costs requirements, the most effective construction methods that can be used to deliver against these requirements, and the effects of time parameters on the customer’s ultimate requirements.

Together we can evaluate requirements and options and advise where best to get AMC involved and what you can expect to gain from our involvement. 

Such consultation is free.  We only charge for quoted and agreed services.
